Travel

Since 2000 I has made presentations in Hawaii, Switzerland, Denmark, Australia and throughout the United States. Led a group of graduate students to study technology in education in London, UK in 2005. Thank you MirandaNet.

I am interested in aborigional cultures and have recently visited New Zealand, South America, Canada/Alaska and Australia again. Indeed, we have so much to learn from one another if we just look and listen.

Leadership

I have served as a trustee/officer for three successful companies and has been a consultant to a variety of corporations and organizations. I has been both a keynote and invited speaker at conferences and administered grants up to $250,000.

Chair Grant Review Committees which have awarded over $12,000,000 in funded projects.

Currently I'm chair of the faculty Senate for the College of Education and Human Services at Wright State University.

Technology

I was the program advisor for the graduate educational technology for teachers for the years 2000 through 2007. I now share those duties with Maggie Veres. My WSU website.

In 2000 and 2001 I helped write the ISTE national Standards for Teachers. Look for current here for National Educational Standards.
