Professor Maggie Veres and I investigated TPaCK contexts. We came upon Diana Laufenberg's presentation at TED. Helping students to accept mistakes and then learn from them is quite important. So are experiential learning and helping individual students to find a voice.

Then professor Maggie Veres and I organize our eductional technology courses around the concept of TPaCK where we emphasize the level of student concerns and  three pedagogical areas 1) advance organizers, 2) mediated learning, and 3) communities of practice.
